When the filter is working, the cloudy liquid enters the lower chamber of the filter through the entrance, and then enters the inner chamber of the filter through the partition hole, forming a cycle process. When working, impurities larger than the gap of the filter element will be trapped, and the clean liquid will reach the upper chamber through the gap, and finally send out from the outlet.

The transverse partition in the shell is divided into upper and lower chambers. In general, the upper chamber is equipped with multiple filter elements, and the purpose of this design is to make full use of the filtration space and reduce the filter volume.

When the filter is working, it enters the pipeline through the import and export to complete the industrial cycle. The impurities of the particles in the water are intercepted in the interior of the filter, so there will be a pressure difference at the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches a certain set value, the differential pressure transmitter will transmit the electrical signal to the controller, the control system will start the drive motor, and the sewage outlet will be opened through the transmission component, and the impurities will be discharged from the sewage outlet. When the filter is cleaned, the pressure difference will be reduced to the minimum. The filter returns to the normal working state and starts to operate normally.

The liquid must overcome the resistance through the filter slag layer and the filter medium, so there must be a pressure difference on both sides of the filter medium, which is the driving force to achieve filtration. Increasing the pressure difference can accelerate the filtration, but the deformed particles are easy to block the pores of the filter medium when the pressure difference is large, and the filtration slows down.

After the user buys the filter, there will be a special staff to install the equipment, and then by the technical staff to debug, including setting the filter time and cleaning conversion time, only after the water to be treated into the body, the filter will work normally. When the preset cleaning time is reached, the drive motor sends an alarm signal to make the motor start cleaning the filter element, and control the blowdown valve to open for blowdown. The whole cleaning process only needs to last tens of seconds.
