Fluorine-lined valve instructions and installation precautions

1 Fluorine-lined valve flange cover can not be opened at will, unless it is ready to be connected with the pipeline, otherwise PTFE flange surface may be due to temperature difference, foreign body bump scratches or distortion deformation and affect the seal, such as due to the inspection needs to move the cover, it is also necessary to be inspected after the cover from scratch to protect the PTFE flange surface.

2 When the fluorine valve is connected with the pipeline, the gasket is generally no longer used alone, but when it is connected with the dissimilar material (metal surface, etc.), the appropriate gasket should be selected to protect the PTFE flange surface.

3 Fluorine lined valve in the use of the system, such as leakage at a higher temperature, should first reduce the system temperature to room temperature, and then find out the cause, repair.

4 The flange nut should be tightened evenly in the diagonal direction (symmetrical) in the equipment, and with the appropriate torque: a If the flange sealing surface leaks and the leakage bearing nut is locked, loosen the leakage bearing nut for half a turn, and then apply the same torque to the opposite side to lock it again; b If the above method has not stopped the leak, should check the PTFE flange surface is concave and convex indentation, scratch, then can be used to smooth the yarn paper, cloth to connect.

10 The sealing pair of the long-term storage fluorine-lined valve should be slightly separated to avoid deformation of the sealing surface under long-term pressure, affecting the sealing function and service life.
